Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Please note that these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and other factors outside of our control.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers may be subject to customs fees and import taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We cannot predict what these charges will be and are not responsible for these charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting our Track Order page
- Logging into your account and viewing your order history
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, occasionally delays occur due to:
- High order volume during peak seasons
- Inclement weather
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing for international orders
We will notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.
Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account and go to your order history
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click "Return Items" and follow the instructions
- Print the return shipping label (if applicable)
- Package the item(s) securely with all original packaging
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless your item is defective or we made an error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
For defective items or our errors, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account
Exchanges Policy
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items. The same eligibility requirements for returns apply to exchanges.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Log into your account and go to your order history
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to exchange
- Click "Exchange Items" and follow the instructions
- Select the replacement item(s) you want
- Print the return shipping label (if applicable)
- Package the original item(s) securely with all original packaging
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier

Exchange Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you for your first exchange. Additional exchanges may incur shipping charges.
Price Differences
If the replacement item costs more than the original item, you will be charged for the difference. If the replacement item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Processing Time
Exchanges typically take 7-10 business days to process from the time we receive your return. You will receive email notifications when we receive your return and when your exchange ships.
